Teresa Huang is a partner at Lee, Tsai and Partners Attorneys-at-Law and has worked for around 16 years in advising Taiwan, Mainland China and multinational clients.
Ms. Huang has substantial experience in corporate and M&A transactions, and she has represented many well-known foreign and domestic corporations in their investment projects in the greater China area.
Ms. Huang also advises many publicly listed companies on a wide variety of legal matters, including medical and pharmaceutical law, fintech law, and labor law.
Ms. Huang is a member of the Commercial Law Committee and the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Committee of the Taipei Bar Association; as well as a supervisor of the Taiwan FinTech Association.
Ms. Huang received her LL.B. and LL.M. from National Taiwan University and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School.
