- Represented a Taiwan shareholder in the acquisition of 51% of the equity shares of a die casting manufacturer in the PRC from her joint venture partner to become the sole shareholder
- Advised Interconnect Devices, Inc. in the acquisition of a company specialized in designing, development, manufacture and assembly of products and raw materials used in the testing of semiconductors, including performing due diligence of its PRC operations in Suzhou and providing general legal advice relating to the acquisition agreement
- Represented Eternal Chemical Co., Ltd. in the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary Epoch Material Co., Ltd. to Cabot Microelectronics Global Corporation
- Advised Milestone Partners in various acquisitions, including its acquisition of a leading electronic safe solutions company, which has operations in Ningbo, PRC, including performing due diligence and providing general legal advice relating to the merger agreements
- Represented InterServ International Inc. in an asset transfer and license agreement with Perfect World
- Represented Rapala B.V. in a trademark acquisition, including the drafting and negotiation of an exclusive supply agreement and asset purchase agreement
- Represented a Taiwan shareholder of an air-evacuable storage bag manufacturer in connection with the sale of its PRC operations
- Advised Newbridge Capital Co., Ltd. in a proposed merger & acquisition transaction, including performing due diligence, and contract review
- Represented One-Laptop-Per Child in the drafting and negotiation of manufacturing agreements with its original equipment manufacturers of the XO-1 laptop
