- Competition Law -Represented Hsin-Tao Power Corp. an IPP in concerted action litigation (administrative and civil actions)
- Company Act -Represented a leading industrial gas company in various litigations in relation to corporate governance in JV project and obtained a favorable result in ICC arbitration.
- Merger & Acquisition -Assisted a state-owned enterprise in China with investing in Taiwan in the beverage and sewage treatment industries, among others, including providing advice on the investment structure, due diligence, contract drafting and negotiation and compliance issues.
- Greater China Consulting and Dispute Resolution -Advised Taiwan clients on investments in China
- Intellectual Properties Law -Represented online game companies in drafting and negotiating licensing contracts, and represented them in arbitration and litigation in Taiwan and China.
