- Providing legal and policy advice to enterprises on antitrust and unfair competition issues
- Providing legal training in antitrust and unfair competition
- Assisting enterprises in developing measures, strategies, and internal audit programs for compliance with antitrust laws, as well as in conducting compliance reviews
- Assisting clients in preparing antitrust complaints, including drafting complaint letters and investigating and collecting relevant evidence
- Assisting enterprises in responding to antitrust investigations, including formulating response plans and providing on-site legal support in response to investigations by competent authorities
- Providing enterprises with legal advice in relation to antitrust issues on joint venture agreements, sales agreements, and merger agreements, etc
- Representing clients in filing pre-merger reports as well as complaints against other enterprises’ pre-merger filings
- Representing clients in antitrust administrative procedures in relation to abuse of intellectual property rights
- Representing clients in administrative proceedings and civil litigation for antitrust and unfair competition cases
