• Setting up Sino-foreign joint ventures and cooperative enterprises
• Advising foreign re-investments
• Advising industry access policies
• Conducting due diligenceand legal feasibility studies
• Assisting clients in handling and inquiring about government approval, filing, registration and preferential policy procedures/li>
• Overseas investment and mergers and acquisitions
• Providing legal opinions on the legal regulatory environment of the investment target country, the overseas investment project structure, legal risks and other issues. Assisting clients to select foreign attorneys and working with them in conducting legal due diligence and risk assessment of the target company
• Drafting, reviewing and modifying legal documents for all stages of the transaction and providing legal opinions
• Participating in negotiations and advising client on legal and commercial issues arising from such sessions
